These on-site visits provide the hospital with status updates of their open claims, education on workers’ compensation, and an opportunity to address specific issues, as well as meet Workers’ Compensation personnel. If your hospital is scheduled for a site visit, please mark your calendar. The claims staff will call those facilities to confirm the tentatively scheduled date(s) below:
