Washington Hospital Services is a subsidiary service corporation of Washington State Hospital Association.

Your hospital's workers' compensation program is represented by a Board of Trustees elected by membership. The Board of Trustees has a fiduciary responsibility for the Trust and sets policy for the program. This Board of Trustees contracts with Washington Hospital Services for your workers' compensation program. The staff of the Workers' Compensation Program is employees of Washington Hospital Services. The relationship is demonstrated in the diagram, which follows.
